Your output
Every sheet, list, label, PDF and file you generate with the tools (“your output”) is yours to use for any purpose, including commercial use, royalty-free and worldwide. You may print it, give it to staff and customers, and put it in your own products. No attribution is needed. Third-party material listed on the credits page keeps its own licence.
Restrictions
You may not copy, resell, mirror or repackage the site itself, its code, its generators or its design as a competing tool or service. You may not use automated tools to copy the site in bulk or to overload it.
What the tools are, and are not
- Stock lists and counts
- They are working tools. The count sheets and variance reports are tally templates, not statutory inventory books or accounting records. The rules for those differ by country; ask your accountant.
- Calculators
- Reorder point, safety stock, ABC, aging and depreciation results follow the textbook formulas shown on each page and depend entirely on the numbers you enter. They assume what the page says they assume. Treat them as planning aids, not accounting, tax or financial advice.
- Labels and scanning
- Label sheet layouts are compatibility references measured from the makers’ published templates, with an uncertainty of about 0.2 mm; they are not made or endorsed by Avery, Avery Zweckform or HERMA. Print a test page on plain paper first. “Check every code” reads clean simulated prints; test the real print with the scanner you will use. Camera scanning depends on light, distance and the device.
- Your data
- The stock list lives in your browser’s storage on your device. It is lost if you clear the site data, switch browsers or use a private window. Keep a backup with the export buttons. We cannot recover it because we never receive it.
No warranty
We test the tools against independently calculated results, but mistakes can happen; check anything important before you rely on it. The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site, including lost data, a miscount or a label that does not scan. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the consumer rights you have under the law of your own country.
